Minimum Training, Experience and Knowledge Required:
- 3+ years residential electrician experience
- State of Kentucky Electrical Journeyman license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Ability to communicate effectively to clients about issues and provide valuable solutions

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair installed existing equipment and related AC and DC existing branch circuits and feeders including low voltage control circuits, motors, transformers, and electrical distribution panels.
- Determines general condition of all electrical equipment, be able to troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, and determine the extent of necessary repairs.
- Work with and understand blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications as they apply to your craft.
- Ability to determine and identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects.

Minimum Training, Experience and Knowledge Required:
- 3+ years residential plumbing experience
- State of Kentucky Plumbing Journeyman license
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements
- Ability to communicate effectively to clients about issues and provide valuable solutions
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
- Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
- Available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
- Able to move, carry, & lift to 100 pounds
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
- Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Excellent problem solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
- Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring,and ceiling work as required.
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
- Follow building plans and blueprints.
- Ability to determine and identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects.
- Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates
